To find the zero of the inverse of an exponential function, first find the inverse of the function by isolating the x in the equation and then switching x and y. For example, if we have y = 2^x, take the logarithm of both sides to get x = log_2(y) and switch x and y to get the inverted function : y = log_2(x). Then, to find the zero of the inverse function, set y = 0 and solve for x. In our example it would be : 0 = log_2(x) => x = 1.
