- You can only use the link to reset your password once.
No, I can’t access my emails OR I never received the email

- Once you’re logged in, go to “My profile” and click on “My login information.” Under your email address, you’ll see the “Change my email” button.

Why can’t I choose my own username?
Alloprof has changed the way usernames are created on our website and they are now randomly generated. This decision was mainly made for security reasons. Most of our users are children, and their cybersecurity is important to us. We wanted to make sure they wouldn’t be able to choose a username that might identify them or cause them to share personal information unintentionally. You can try out as many username combinations as you want until you find one that you like. We know this approach may limit your creativity, but as mentioned above, safety is a priority for Alloprof. When you login, you don’t have to remember your username; simply enter your email address, which will remain confidential.
Can I create an account for my class as a teacher?
It’s currently not possible to create a class account with Alloprof.
I have more than one child and they each want their own Alloprof account, but I only have one email address. What should I do?
For the moment, each child’s account is associated with a different email address. That said, our team is currently looking into the possibility of setting up family accounts on the Alloprof site. Until then, remote learning has prompted most schools to provide their students with individual email addresses. Ask your child’s school if you can have access to their email addresses. Don’t forget to take note of your child’s password when you create the account, and make sure to keep it in a safe place.

We do not provide private long-term tutoring for individual students, but we do answer school-related questions by phone, text, and chat, Monday to Thursday, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and on Sundays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Our Help Zone is also available 7 days a week.

My child needs help with a particular subject. What should I do?
Alloprof provides academic support to students thanks to a team of 200 teachers and professionals as well as a website featuring a wide range of tools and concept sheets (with explanations, exercises, reviews, educational games, etc.) to help students with their schoolwork. Your child can access Alloprof’s content in several ways: they can explore topics by subject and level, or use our search tool to review specific concepts they learned in class. Our team is available to answer any school-related questions by phone, text, or chat, Monday to Thursday, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and on Sundays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. They can also ask a question in the Help Zone 7 days a week.
If you have questions as a parent, you can consult the Alloprof Parents section, which is filled with articles, blog posts, and featured topics to help you out! You can also contact one of our specialists by phone, email, or Messenger free of charge.
My child does their homework on Friday or Saturday. What can they do if they need your services?
Our team is available to answer students’ school-related questions by phone, text, and chat Monday to Thursday, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and on Sundays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (the Sunday time slot was added in 2020). Based on feedback from students and parents, these are the times that demand for our tools and services is highest. Since we are a non-profit organization, our resources are limited and we’ve had to choose the times when we are able to help the greatest number of students. Nevertheless, the Help Zone is available 7 days a week, and it’s a great resource students can use to ask school-related questions and get quick explanations any time.
