Is the reaction of copper sulfate and acetone a physical or chemical

    Hi !

    It depends on the outcome of putting copper sulfate in acetone. Copper sulfate is usually not soluble in organic solvent such as acetone. Thus, it won't dissolve and since there is no changes in the molecular structure, you might get a precipitate wich is a physical change.
