    Hello !

Rome has developed a road network to facilitate communication inbetween the Roman provinces.

In addition, you should know that Rome, at its peak, had a huge territory which made it difficult to send the tax reports of the various governors to the capital of the Empire; Rome.

The Romans then began to build very good quality roads in order to use them often while having them last for a long time. In addition, the construction of these quality roads allowed better protection of the borders of the Empire.

    Hope this helps you!

Please feel free to rewrite us if there is anything :)
