    Hi GolemAdmirable6892 ๐Ÿ˜

    Thanks for your question!

The square root is a mathematical operation used to find a number which, when multiplied by itself, results in the given number.

For example, if we want to find the square root of the number 16, this means we're looking for a number which, multiplied by itself, gives 16 :

    $$? ร— ? = 16.$$

    In this case, the square root of 16 is 4, because 4 ร— 4 = 16.
