In the answer key they had water on top of the boundary and ice at the bottom. I assumed that since water is heavier than ice i inverted its position. The arrows , rays and etc are correct but as i said previously it's inverted. Would this be considered wrong?

Thank you for your question! I'm very proud of you for saying that ice is lighter than water. However, your statement clearly states that the incident ray is in the water while the reflected ray is in the ice. Since this order was specified, the water should have been placed on top of the ice, even if that doesn't reflect reality.
I don't know how strict your teacher is, but it's possible that the drawing you created is incorrect. The best answer I can give you is to consult your teacher to find out how they would have corrected your exercise. If not, here's a worksheet that might help you :
