Hi LoyalDiamond9884,
Thanks for using the Help Zone!
I did some research, and this is what I found.
Some things changed after the Quiet Revolution because the government wanted to modernise Quebec, while others stayed the same due to strong traditions and economic ties. The state took over education and healthcare to improve services. Hydro-Québec was nationalized to give Quebec more control over its economy. Bill 101 in 1977 made French the main language at work and school. Women's rights improved, giving them better access to education and jobs. However, Quebec’s Francophone identity stayed strong because language and culture were important. The sovereignty debate continued, leading to votes in 1980 and 1995, showing that independence was still a question. Quebec still relied on Canada for trade and money, making full economic independence difficult.
I hope it help you. I found some concept sheets about the Quiet Revolution, it might help you.
Don't hesitate to come back if you have any other questions! Have a good day!
