What happens when a neutral ball comes In contact with a positive charged ball? What happens when a neutral ball comes in contact with a negative charged ball? Attracts or repels?

    The phenomenon you are referring to is known as conduction. A neutral object comes into contact with a charged one, which results in both objects having the same sign.


    If a neutral ball comes into contact with a negative charged ball, it also becomes negatively charged. Because similar charges repel each other, the two balls will eventually repel.
