    Il faut ici utiliser la Loi de Coulomb:

    Tu connais la charge d'une première sphère (n'oublie pas de convertir les uC en C!) (q1), la distance déparant les deux corps (r), la force de répulsion (Fé) ainsi que la constante de Coulomb (k). Il ne te reste qu'à isoler q2 pour trouver la charge de la sphère positive!
