As you can see, I have already solve PART A. However, for PART B I have no idea what to do. I tried plugging 1.47 into the formula pH = -log [H+], but I got a negative pH. May I recieve help one what to do now?

Thank you for reaching out!
Here, you should find out the HCl concentration in molars. Using the formula n = Concentration X Volume (in liters). Once you know that, you should be able to find out the molarity of the acid using the volume given.
With that number, you should be able to find positive pH and pOH values.
