    Hello, ZombieJaune6213!

You are right that the variation over the interval [0, 2] is different from the one in [2, 24].

The variation of a function is expressed in terms of increase, decrease, and constancy.

So, you need to add these key terms when you name each interval.

For the signs, you noticed that something is different for [0, 3] compared to the rest of the graph. You have the instinct that it has something to do with f(x) and 0.

    Well, f(x) ≤ 0 over [0, 3].

    Now, f(x) ? 0 over the rest.
