i learned to write capital letters for the title like 'The Apple', but when i write 'The Apple and The Orange', do i have to capitalise 'And' or not?

Hi Tobio !
Just like Marilou said, you don't have to capitalise 'and' because it's an article. Indeed, when you write a title, you only have to use capital letters for the important words.
