Hi! I'm going to explain you what doubling and halving means.

Basically doubling and halving mean that you need to half one of the factors and double the other.

Here's an exemple:

50 x 4

We can double 50 = 100

And we can half 4 = 2

100 x 2 = 200

50 x 4 = 200 is the same as 100 x 2
