Looking for a sweet way to say goodbye? These adorable cards are the perfect keepsake, and can be personalized for each student. It’s a small gesture they’re sure to cherish, and a great way to mark the end of the year!
While you’re at it, why not include these fun labels to identify their belongings next year? It will give them something to look forward to!

Assembly
- Print each card on an 8 x 11 ½ sheet.
- Fold the sheet into quarters, following the dotted lines.
- For a stronger card, add glue to the inside of the fold (optional).
- Write a personalized message on the back of each student’s card that completes the sentence on the front.
