    The following organelles of plant cells can be observed under a microscope:

    • Nucleus

    • Cytoplasm

    • Cell membrane

    • Vacuole

    • Mitochondria

    • Cellulose wall

    • Chloroplast


    The following organelles of animal cells can be observed under a microscope:

    • Nucleus

    • Cytoplasm

    • Cell membrane

    • Vacuole

    • Mitochondria

    Sometimes it is hard to observe smaller structures, in particular, the chloroplasts and the mitochondria. Nevertheless, they are still present.
