For math how do I do area backwards for a square thanks

The area, generally denoted A, is the surface delimited by a figure.

To find the area of a square, you need to multiply two of the sides together.

If the side of a square mesures 2cm, you would multiply 2 by 2.

You would then obtain your area, 4 cm2.
