My question is : If the negative forme of my sentence is Léo doesn't eat apple. Do I need add an s because is the third person singular ?

    Actually, your sentence is good. You did add an s to your verb (does in the affirmative form), wich is « doesn't » in the negative form.

    You are right, when it comes to the third person singular, you have to add an s, but only on the auxiliary.
