      Hello ! :)

      No, this is not exactly what we meant. We meant that you must research everything related to the issue and the angle (ex : the causes of bullying, the consequences etc). It is not like the dissertation critique in French where you need to pick a side : the angle will be provided the day of the exam, but it is probably more precise and elaborated than «bullying is good/bad».
