id i write a deatured article about bullying, should i actually say that the bullying is bad or should i be neutral?

we all know rhat bullying us bad, so what what should i do in this kind of a situation?

      It's me again !

      On the day of the exam, the angle will be given (for example : is bullying bad ?). Perhaps, ​the controlling idea stems from the angle. it tells the reader what they will read about, the direction the article is going in.

      When you'll receive the angle, brainstorm about everything that comes to mind with regards to the angle. What information should be selected? Probably ideas that seem important to the issue, angle, and are interconnected somehow.

      So you'll need to adapt your point of view to the chosen angle.
