      Thanks for reaching out.

      When learning a new language, the most important thing to do is to immerse ourselves. Surrounding ourselves with people who speak the new language forces us to speak it and to get our ears used to hearing it. 

      Then, once you start to understand the language, reading, and watching French movies with French subtitles may help you. 

      That being said, you must remember that practice makes perfect! You must be willing to speak the language even though you may make mistakes, as you will learn from your mistakes, and they will make you better.
