The reading notes section is there to help you remember essential information from each text you have to analyze. In this section, you can take notes on the main idea of each text, important facts or statistics, arguments presented, pros and cons, etc.
Also, you can identify vocabulary words from the texts that you wish to reinvest in your own text. It's a great way to prepare.
In the end, this section is really for you to identify what's important from each text and quickly find it on the day of the evaluation.
