Fin Lapin 3 is the most popular Alloprof game. It features four difficulty levels, and players can choose the arithmetic operations they want to work on. The game can also be a good resource for reviewing integers (including negative integers) and even practicing operations with missing terms. Our star game for developing reading skills is Book of Spells. In this game, students read short stories and then answer reading comprehension questions. When they answer correctly, they earn resources to take care of a friendly little monster. With a whole menagerie of monsters to hatch, an extensive library of excerpts from Quebec children’s books to browse through, and several difficulty levels, we bet that this educational and fun activity will be a hit with your students and help them develop a love of reading!
This short video illustrates the many ways to spell the “è” sound in French and is designed to pique students’ curiosity. As a follow-up activity after they watch the video, ask students to try to find as many examples as possible of words with the different spellings of the “è” sound and write them down or mark them in their workbooks.
