    Hello ShyButterfly6490! :)

The 92 resolutions are 92 demands made by the Patriot Party in 1834 to the British government.

Written by Louis-Joseph Papineau and Augustin-Norbert Morin, these consist in criticizing the political system of the colony. It calls for a complete reform of the political system in Lower Canada. They no longer want the Governor General to appoint the legislative council, they want people to be elected to it.

The British government responds to these demands with the Russell's resolutions.

Hope that answers your question :)
