    Hello,

Thank you for your question :)!

Romanization is the action of forcing foreign civilizations to adopt Roman culture (Latin language, Roman law, Roman currency, Roman architecture or even Roman town planning - a way of organizing the territory of a city). Romanization was therefore exercised by the Roman Empire which, towards the end of Antiquity, in the West, controlled and influenced almost the entire region of the Mediterranean Sea. Roman culture has influenced the populations of the territories conquered by Romanization.

I hope that answers your question. Do not hesitate to write to us again if you have any other questions!
