    Hello FairTangerine2097!:)

The aging of the Quebec population since the 2000s has put pressure on public health. Older citizens have greater health needs, especially due to diseases associated with aging, which puts pressure on the health system. In addition, the aging population is massively leaving for retirement and the number of deaths exceeds that of births. These factors combined create a major labor shortage in most sectors of activity in Quebec, particularly in the health sector. There is therefore a shortage of personnel in hospitals in addition to observing an increase in patients. The aging of the population therefore exerts a double pressure on the Quebec health system.
