Hello, my teacher tells me that I have to practice giving appreciation for books, but I don't know how to practice. Do you have any tips? Thank you! :)

Hello, thank you for your question!

First, to practice giving a rating on a book, you can practice on your own, saying out loud what you liked about the book and what you didn't like. Also, it is important to explain the reason behind your assessment. Example: I liked the tale of Little Red Riding Hood because it ended well and Little Red Riding Hood succeeded on her mission.

Also, you can practice with your friends. Sometimes, it is more fun to express our appreciation with other people: it allows for a discussion around the same novel.

There you go ! Remember to have fun ;)
