I don't understand. My health teacher said "Authentic Power is when your personality works in alignment with our soul." This doesn't even make sense to me and I'm confused. Can I have an explanation that can help me better understand please?

That is a good question, and many people may interpret it differently.
From what I remember, a sentence of this kind was in a book written by Zukav, which discusses the spiritual definition of authentic power. Also, this book presents a theory explaining how we create the events in our life based on our thoughts and intentions. Finally, it also addresses what happens when we accept ourselves as who we are.
Therefore, not knowing the exact reasons your teacher said that, I believe the idea behind was to show how important it is to know and accept ourselves as we are with our strengths and weaknesses.
