      C'est vrai! :) La puberté est bien déclenchée par une hormone, appelée GnRH, produite par le cerveau, plus précisément par l’hypothalamus. Cette hormone envoie un signal à l’hypophyse, qui va ensuite stimuler les ovaires ou les testicules à produire les hormones sexuelles (comme les œstrogènes ou la testostérone).
