I assume you don't speak French at home and only have a few French classes at school ? If so, no worries : we are here to help ! ;)
I suggest you start watching TV in French, with subtitles on for now. Try to watch kids show such as the ones on Disney + ; they will help you. You can also watch early childhood educative shows like Passe-Partout to learn about colours, feelings, etc.
The more you listen to French, the more you'll get used to the sound of it. You can also start by watching small Youtube videos and ask your parents to slow it down. Listening to French music (or nursery rhymes) can help you too.
If you play video games sometimes, try to put the setting in French. Learning the commands will help you with your vocabulary.
Last but not least : practice ! Try to find someone near you (family member, neighbour, friends at school) to have some conversation with. The more you speak, the more you'll learn ! :D
Bonne journée ! ;) Have a good day !
