I think I found another error from SOFAD... Anything times 0 is 0. The velocity has to be 1 m/s. Right?

    Hi PeacefulPumpkin8091,

    Thanks for your question :)

The formula you are using is correct and your approach is good. However, since the rocket is departing from a static position, the initial speed will be 0 m/s. The velocity only starts increasing after the movement starts, which means that initial velocity (vi) should be 0 m/s in your calculations :)

Don't hesitate if you have other questions :)

    Sandrine
