Visit the About page to learn more about Alloprof.

Created to support parents and make their lives easier, this section of the website is home to nearly 1,000 pieces of content in the form of articles, blog posts, videos, and downloadable tools. Parents will find tons of tips and tricks for helping their child overcome academic difficulties, stay motivated, and become more autonomous. All content is produced or reviewed in collaboration with experts from various professional orders and associations. The website's content revolves around six key themes: homework assistance, exam preparation, difficulties at school, encouraging reading and writing, healthy life habits and educational activities, school levels in Quebec, and report cards and the school system. Similar to an 811 health line service, Alloprof Parents offers parents a free and direct line of communication with professionals such as remedial teachers. These educators can also answer questions by email or via private message on the Alloprof Parents Facebook page.

History

For the past 25 years, Alloprof has been not only helping students with their school work, but also supporting parents by answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and showing them how to support their child throughout their academic journey.

Because parents play a key role in their child’s academic success, Alloprof has always tried to provide them with specific resources to meet their growing needs. Eventually, this led to the creation of an online service just for parents: Alloprof Parents.

This dedicated site is a one-stop source of information, bringing together the expertise of various partners and collaborators. Alloprof Parents is quickly becoming the reference of choice for parents concerned with their child’s education.
