Halloween is celebrated in many countries around the world on October 31st. People of any age dress up like almost anything, such as witches, zombies, vampires or pirates. It is also customary for children to go trick or treating. Trick or treating is when children go from door-to-door to ask for candy

Halloween has a long history spanning about 2000 years. Originally, called Samhain, a Celtic tradition meant for getting together at the end of the harvest.
