Un nombre triangulaire est un nombre qu'on peut représenter par un triangle équilatéral, à l'image d'une pyramide.
La formule est la suivante: on additionne la suite de nombre à partie de 1.
Exemple:

1 + 2 = 3
1 + 2 + 3 = 6
1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 10
1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 = 15
1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 = 21
La liste des 12 premiers nombres triangulaires est: 1, 3, 6, 10, 15, 21, 28, 36, 45, 55, 66 et 78.
