    Hey zaktheflamme!

    You can first transform the decimal number into a fraction. For example with 0.08:

    $$ 0.08 = \frac{8}{100} $$

    We then find the greatest common factor: PGCD(8, 100) = 4.

    We divide the tow terms in the fraction by the GCF:

    $$ \frac{8}{100} = \frac{\frac{8}{4}}{\frac{100}{4}} = \frac{2}{25} $$
