Hi OliveOrange9027 ! Thank you for your question ! The word good can mean, as an adjective, to be desired or approved of but it can also mean having the qualities required for a particular role. As an noun, this word refers to something that is morally right/ righteousness or a benefit/ an advantage to someone or something. Finally, as an adverb, it means "well". However, the word great, as an adjective, defines an extent, amount, or intensity considerably above the normal or average or an ability, quality, or eminence considerably above the normal or average. As a noun, it refers to an important or distinguished person and as an adverb, it means "excellently". You can check the links below if you want examples of how these two words can be used in a sentence: Traduction : good - Dictionnaire anglais-français LarousseTraduction : great - Dictionnaire anglais-français Larousse Here are the differences between these two words. I hope it will help you ! Océane :)
