Hello, I’m trying to find help through texts, but for today it doesn’t work. I sent messages to the correct number for the correct subject, but I received no response! I just want to know if there’s a problem with my number or other problems ;) Thank you so much!

There is nothing wrong with your number! The reason you don't get any answer is because the service is closed. It will reopen for the school year on the 3rd of september! :D
