The “Equipped for success” contest is organized by Alloprof. It will be held on the Alloprof website (www.alloprof.qc.ca/en/contests) from 8 a.m. on July 15, 2025, to 11:59 p.m. on June 18, 2026. All time references in these rules (the “Contest Rules”) refer to local time in the city of Montreal, Quebec.

1. How to enter

No purchase necessary.

A total of two (2) random draws will be held for all eligible participants. The draws will be held on November 28, 2025 and June 19, 2026, from participants who have met the eligibility requirements by 11:59 p.m. the day before the draw.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the “Equipped for success” contest and draw, participants must be residents of Quebec, have a parent or legal guardian who can sign a notice of consent regarding the awarding of prizes and the distribution of photos, and have complied with the entry method described in section 1.

By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by the Contest Rules.

Directors, officers, and employees of Alloprof or of its parent companies, subsidiaries, sponsors, or suppliers of materials and services related to this contest, as well as members of their immediate families (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother, legal or common-law spouse) and any persons residing with these directors, officers, or employees, are not eligible to participate.

3. Prize

The prize consists of one (1) gift card or store credit worth two hundred fifty dollars ($250) at the business or retailer of the winner’s choice.
The prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution. This prize is non-transferable and may not be sold or redeemed for cash.

4. The draw

Two (2) random draws will be held at the Alloprof offices at 905 De Lorimier Avenue in Montreal on November 28, 2025 and June 19, 2026, from among all eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. the day before.

To be declared the winner, the selected participant must be a Quebec resident, have duly completed the entry form, and meet all other conditions set out in these Contest Rules.

Provided that the selected participant meets all of the above conditions, they will be notified by email or by phone within forty-eight (48) business hours of the draw to inform them that they have won and to validate their contact information.

Alloprof cannot be held responsible for any failed attempt to contact a selected participant.

If the selected participant cannot be reached by email or by phone within forty-eight (48) business hours of the draw, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and will be disqualified.

Another participant will then be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries until a new winner is declared.

5. General rules

5.1 Any information provided on the entry form that is erroneous, incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent or that contains false information will be automatically rejected.

5.2 Contest participants and winners irrevocably release Alloprof, the sponsors and suppliers of materials and services related to this contest, their affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, and employees (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any damage or loss that may arise from participation in this contest, the awarding, acceptance, or use of the prize, or the provision of any services in connection with the prize.

5.3 The winner shall accept the prize without any legal or other warranty from the Released Parties.

5.4 The winner authorizes the contest organizers to use their name, city of residence, image, photo, voice, statement, and/or presence for publicity or other contest-related purposes, without any restriction as to time, media, or territory, and without any form of compensation.
If the winner is under the age of 18 at the time of the draw, they must provide Alloprof with a consent form, signed by a parent or legal guardian, in order to receive the prize.

5.5 If the winner refuses to accept the prize, the Released Parties are freed from any and all liability or obligations toward the winner.

5.6 Alloprof reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel this contest without notice.

5.7 The Released Parties assume no responsibility for the failure of any website used for the purposes of the contest, or for any technical problem or malfunction affecting any telephone network or lines, online computer systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software, or for the failure of any email or other transmission to be received due to technical or other issues, or traffic congestion on the internet or on any website, or any combination thereof, including damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer equipment, that may occur as a result of participating in the contest.

5.8 The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any loss, delay, address error, printing error or any other error in connection with this contest.

5.9 The Released Parties are freed from all liability should they be unable to act due to an event or situation that is unforeseeable or beyond their control, including but not limited to a strike, lockout, or other labour dispute in their establishments or in the establishments of the organizations or companies whose services are used to hold this contest.

5.10 All personal information requested from participants as part of this contest will be used solely by Alloprof or by a third party authorized by Alloprof as part of the holding of the contest.
This information will not be used for any other purpose without the participants’ consent. By providing this information, participants consent to its use for the indicated purposes.

5.11 In the event that the prize becomes unavailable due to factors beyond the control of the Released Parties, the Released Parties reserve the sole and absolute right to substitute a prize of equivalent value and kind, without recourse for the winner.
